A warm welcome to Mr Harsh Thakrar, who has joined the University of Bristol’s Mumbai Enterprise Campus as Associate Professor in Finance. Harsh is a Chartered Accountant and is currently completing a PhD in Finance at KJ Somaiya Institute of Management. He has over a decade of experience in financial markets and banking, including roles in investment banking, risk management, and balance sheet strategy. He previously founded the BBA in FinTech at NMIMS University Mumbai and helped establish the University of Wollongong’s India campus. His research interests include capital markets, market microstructure, FinTech, and risk management.
